A Message from Dungannon Nursery Staff

To Parents and Carers

These are days of great unknown for us all. Please know that as a staff we are always thinking of you and your families at this time.

We admire all of you as you balance your working life with home life and home schooling and caring for your children.

We are so sorry that your child’s time in Dungannon Nursery has ended as it did but I have no doubt that all your children will continue to develop and learn at home so very well. The greatest thing we can all do during this time is to love our children and families and ensure that they are safe.

Keep playing together, reading stories, singing and dancing and going outside safely, when you can. If you find time to use an idea from ‘Home Schooling’ on our website, then that’s a bonus. Please just do what you can, when you can.

To Our Dear Girls and Boys

Your teachers and assistants and Cook Allison want you to know that they miss teaching you everyday in Nursery but hope you are learning lots of new things at home with your family. We hope that we will all see each other back in Nursery again some time.

Transfer to Primary School

Hopefully, by now our current Nursery Parents will have received their Placement Letter from their allocated Primary School. If you have not please contact Admissions at www.eani.org.uk/admissions or on 02895985595.

At this time Mrs. Hudson and Mrs. Allen are writing a Nursery Report for parents; a copy of this will be sent to your child’s P.1 teacher to let them know of all the great achievements your child has made from September 2019 to March 2020.

Nursery will need your permission to send this report to your child’s Primary School. Please reply by email to inform Dungannon Nursery School of your child’s Primary School. Please forward the following information to Mrs. Hudson’s email by Friday 15th May.
