Ice Cream Parlour

Whilst playing in the home corner some of the children added some fluffy snowballs to pretend they were ice creams. As the staff engage with the children they respond to the direction they take their own play. So Miss Park quickly magiced a cash register, shopping baskets, ice cream cones and an ice cream scoop from Allison our cook to enhance and extend the children's play and Learning. There was a bit of long queue all of sudden. Of course we had to have the real thing - an ice cream snack complete with sprinkles and strawberry sauce.
