Induction Visit Week

Its nearly time!

Induction Visits will take place this week from Monday 24^th to Thursday 27^th August.

Please DO NOT ATTEND if you, your child or someone in your household is displaying symptoms of Covid 19 or has Covid 19.

• a high temperature– this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• a new, continuous cough– this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste– this means you have noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Mrs. Allen's Nursery Class will use the Playground Gate and attend as follows

Group 1 9.30-10.30am Monday 24^th August

Group 2 9.30-10.30am Tuesday 25^th August

Group 3 9.30-10.30am Wednesday 26^th August

Group 4 9.30-10.30am Thursday 27^th August

Mrs. Hudson’s Nursery Class will use the Front Door and attend as follows

Group 1 11am-12noon Monday 24^th August

Group 2 11am-12noon Tuesday 25^th August

Group 3 11am-12noon Wednesday 26^th August

Group 4 11am-12noon Thursday 27^th August

Please bring the following items in a carrier bag to your Induction Visit

A packet of wipes

A box of tissues

A toilet roll

A kitchen roll

Wellie Boots – please write your child’s name inside each boot

School Uniform will be available mid-week details and arrangements to follow.

Bring along your own PEN to complete an Information Form for your child’s teacher. You will need contact details of parents and those dropping off /picking up including Childcare providers/taxis for your child. In addition Doctor, Health Visitor and other professionals names and details.
