We used our Fare Share cooking apples and puff pastry to make apple tart. 
We washed and dried the apples. We helped Mrs. Hudson to peel them, core them and grate them too. Mrs. Greenaway helped stew the apples with sugar and baked the pastry in Mrs. Purdy's kitchen. We all tried some after our school dinner. Some of us had two slices!
